Having spent the past three years in Seattle, WA, it's nice to once again see trees changing colors. Today's (chilly) walk around Meadow Lake in Flushing Meadows Corona Park reminded me of the splendid colors of Fall.
(On such chilly days as today, it's especially nice when you have someone to keep your hands warm.)

After a three-year stint in graduate school for cultural anthropology at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA, I moved back to Long Island, NY where I accepted a job position at my former school. I'm a political and news junkie that enjoys cooking, eating, playing chamber music, and attending concerts (when they're cheap or free, I believe the music is even more beautiful!).
